How long is the party?
Depending on your package of choice and the number of guests, a party can be anything between 1 hour and 2.5 hours long.

Do you provide decorations?
We only provide Glam Galore Pamper Party equipment as detailed in each party package.

What happens if we want to postpone or change the date?
We are happy to change your party date due to unforeseen circumstances. We require at least 72 hours notice. We do not offer refunds for any cancellation outside our terms and conditions.

What ages are the pamper parties suited to?
Our pamper parties are suitable for ages 4 and upwards.

What type of space or venue is required for a pamper party?
We are able to work with almost any area, as long there is enough space for the team to move around.

What is a DIY set up?
With a little DIY, you can enjoy one of our dreamy slumber parties at a more affordable price. Simply collect your party package and set it up yourself using our easy-to-follow instruction guide. Once the fun is over, return the equipment to us—we'll take care of all the laundry and cleaning, so you can relax and enjoy the memories.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your party date. This deposit will be deducted from your total party balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 working days before your scheduled party date.

Do I need to pay a bond?
When hiring our party equipment (Teepee) a $100 bond is compulsory and is payable 5 working days before your party. The bond is refunded into your account within 5 working days following your party. The bond will be refunded in full as long as there is no damage to any party equipment upon return.
