BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All quotations are valid for a period of 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Any party affected by COVID (Alert levels) can be rescheduled at NO CHARGE, however should you wish to cancel, Glam Galore Pamper Parties will retain a 15% cancellation fee for monies used for items relating to your event. All cancellations require 72 hours’ cancellation notice.

  • A surcharge will be applied for any booking for the Glow or Glitter package with 5 girls or less.

  • If this is not the case, we will hold a booking fee and the balance will be paid within 7 days of request.

  • Glam Galore Pamper Parties will only confirm a booking once we have received the completed event sheet and a 50% deposit.

  • When making payment please ensure Quote # and Surname is used as reference to enable payments are allocated to correct events.

  • Glam Galore follows strict protocols set out by government at all times for the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff.

  • If for some reason more guests attend the event on the day, the client will be billed accordingly and no show of guests will still be charged.

  • Glam Galore Pamper Parties in its entirety cannot be held responsible and takes no responsibility whatsoever for any allergic reactions to products used. Should you be aware of problems with products, we require that information upon booking. Please ensure guests have no broken skin or rashes as we would prefer not to work with any skin under these conditions.

  • All parties need to be paid in full either via bank transfer or cash by start of event. Any late payments or reminders for overdue payment will carry a cost of $15 for each follow up.

  • Please be aware of weather conditions when booking as any cancellation of parties due to bad weather conditions will not be refunded, however Glam Galore Pamper Parties is equipped to setup anywhere. 

  • Parking at premises where event is held is required due as staff having to load and unload equipment. 

  • If you have planned a big event, please ensure guests arrive timeously so Glam Galore staff can commence at agreed time to ensure each girl receives the same amount of pamper time. Should you wish to extend the duration of the agreed time, then you will be billed separately for this, and provided the team are able to accommodate. 

  • When providing space for the setup, it is crucial to ensure there is enough room to accommodate all girls comfortably as well as staff and equipment for the package you have chosen. You will be required to provide a big enough table and chairs for facials and foot spas should this be part of the setup. 

  • If for some reason you are unhappy with your event, PLEASE let us know immediately. If what was promised was not provided to you on the day we will do our best to rectify the problem.
