TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All quotes are valid for a period of 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  2. Any party affected by COVID (Alert levels) can be rescheduled at NO CHARGE, however should you wish to cancel, Glam Galore Pamper Parties will retain a 15% cancellation fee for monies used for items relating to your event. All cancellations require 72 hours’ cancellation notice - If this is not the case, we will hold a booking fee and the balance will be paid within 7 days of request.

  3. A surcharge will be applied for any bookings on the Glow, Glitter & Glam including Fairy / Princess Garden parties packages with 5 guests or less.

  4. All party enquiries can be confirmed once GGPP is in receipt of a signed off quotation form and a 50% deposit.

  5. All payments are to be paid with a valid quotation number to ensure deposits are allocated to the correct event.

  6. GGPP follows all Health & Safety protocols and we always ensure the safety and well being of our clients are our top priority. 

  7. All confirmed parties will be billed according to accepted quotations and GGPP cannot be held responsible for "no show" of guests on the day as we purchase all the stock on receipt of deposit and allocate according to confirmations.

  8. GGPP in its entirety cannot be held responsible and takes no responsibility whatsoever for any allergic reactions to products used. GGPP staff will not carry out any treatments on broken skin or outbreaks of any kind due to further possible reactions.

  9. All parties are invoiced for balance of invoice before the event takes place and GGPP will not proceed unless payment has been received in full 24 hours before the scheduled date.

  10. Please note, weather conditions need to be noted when booking as any cancellation of parties due to bad weather conditions will not be refunded, however GGPP is equipped to setup anywhere. 

  11. If you have planned a big event, please ensure guests arrive on time as our staff will commence at agreed time to ensure each girl receives the same amount of pamper time and to ensure any events following run to schedule.

  12. When providing space for the setup, it is crucial to ensure there is enough room to accommodate all girls comfortably as well as staff and equipment for the package you have chosen. You will be required to provide a big enough table and chairs for facials and foot spas should this be part of the setup. 

  13. If for some reason you are unhappy with your event, PLEASE let us know immediately. If what was promised was not provided to you on the day we will do our best to rectify the problem.

  14. Travel is billed according to area. All areas under a 15km radius will be charged a flat rate.
